Mace Davies was formed in early 2018 with the aim of providing straight forward, personal, high quality and proactive Building Surveying and Project Management services to a wide variety of clients. Chris Mace BSc (Hons) IMaPS MRICS
DIRECTOR
Chris is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Principal Designer with over 20 years experience within the industry. Chris has vast experience as acting as Contract Administrator, Employers Agent and Project Manager across a wide range of sectors such as Social and Private Housing, Health Care, Education and Commercial Sectors.
Chris has vast experience in dealing with Party Wall Matters, Licence for Alteration, Insurance Reinstatement Advice and various types of survey and inspection work ranging from RICS Home Buyer reports, pre-acquisition Surveys, Planned Maintenance Inspections and Stock Condition Surveys.
As a member of the Association of Project Safety, Chris acts as the Principal Designer on a wide range of schemes, utilising his knowledge of the CDM Regulations.
