2019 has drawn to an end and Mace Davies is now working towards its goals for 2020.
Mace Davies is at the end of its 19th month of trading and is on course to exceed the monthly fee targets for year two and look forward to further growth in their third year of trading.
Director Chris Mace has been reflecting upon some highlights and successes of the past year.
One of the targets for 2019 was to generate 5% of turnover through meeting new contacts at networking events, a target that has been exceeded and Chris is looking forward to developing these relationships throughout 2020.
The main highlight of 2019 for Mace Davies was its ability to retain its clients for repeat business. A former employer of Chris’s once said that ‘repeat business is the best business’, a statement that Chris Mace totally agrees with and has deliberately focussed on, meaning customer experience is a priority core value of the business. Chris is proud that the service and quality of work that Mace Davies produce is being recognised and appreciated to the extent that clients are coming back.
Purchasers are also recommending Mace Davies to family and friends for Homebuyers and Building Surveys, again this is great testament to the level of service Mace Davies has to offer.
Now that Mace Davies have moved to new offices, Chris and the team cannot wait for the opportunities that 2020 has to offer.
