Neighbourly matters comprise of legal and practical issues that require detailed investigation, analysis and resolution prior to commencement of construction activities to ensure appropriate Statutory and common law issues are agreed and settled.

These are undertaken with the aim of resolving possible disputes between owners or parties prior to legal proceedings. These can be commissioned jointly or by an individual party.
